Customized appointments require proper time and communication. To respect your valuable time and ours, please read our policies:

• Contact form below is not a reservation. It’s a request only, and our staff will contact you upon receiving it either via email or phone call to confirm.
• We require debit or credit card deposit for bigger services like color services, consultations & event styling. The deposit amount will be credited toward the final cost of your service during the cash-out.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment
• Missed appointments will result in a deposit loss.
• Being late for your appointment more than 15 minutes will constitute an additional late fee and might need rescheduling or cancelation of your appointment.
• Please let us know if you have extra long or extremely curly hair as more time might be required for the service.We are excited to have you visit us soon!
